Help

Help is not a standalone workspace in the same sense as Home, Env, or History. It is opened contextually from :help or :?.

What it does

The Help page reflects:

• the page you opened help from
• the current mode you were in when help opened
• the commands available in that context
• movement hints for that page
• import and export notes

How to use it

• :help or :? opens Help
• Esc returns to the previous tab

If Help was opened from a non-normal mode, it records that source mode and displays it in the help header.

When to use it

Use Help when you want the app’s current context-specific answer rather than the broader docs site.
